Admin Moderator Ability to post a Thread that Appears in All Categories (exported) (My Little Forum)
This is an entry, that was exported to mylittleforum.net.
Just a couple of things I would love to see in the future possibly, regarding admin and mods abilities.
1. I would like to be able to create a category that is viewable by guests and users But only admin and moderators can post in it. For example I would like to create a "Announcements" category like this site but not allow guests or users to post in it.
2. When posting a thread I would like the admin and mods to have the ability to choose "all categories" so the thread shows up in all available categories. The reason being I have in the past posted Important threads about my website and users who have ticked "My category selection" boxes in their profile edit page have missed the threads. The only way to get them to see the thread is if I posted the same thread in over 15 categories and that is not practical.
